This would also be part of my book “REMINDERS”. Whenever you are going through tough times or good times, be conscious of what they say in buddhism:
Reminder#2: Good or Bad, this too shall pass.
That doesn’t mean just ignore everything. If you feel a certain way there must be a reason for it.
That reason might be scary, the outcome could be scary, but a difficult conversation even for 5 minutes can prevent your mind from being occupied by it. Nowadays most of our difficulties are emotional, psychological.
I am throwing this out there as if it’s the easiest thing to do, but, one lifetime won’t be enough to accomplish the following. Everything you experience is through the lens of your mind.
REMINDER #2: Your mind is the most important, take care of it.
